Ok so I changed the name of the blog. Now we have 3 events that are coming up
1)Confirmation retreat at St. Stan's Chapel 2/12/11 from 5:30-10pm &2/13/11 8:00 am -1:00pm

Retreat weekend

Over the weekend 19 of our high school youth , partiapated in our annual High school reginal retreat. They played games togather , shared thier faith , and prayed togather . We had at least 4 high school youth out of the 87 that were thier that , were not catholic what a great example of our faith , they were showen by the rest. The whole weekend was filled with the Holy Sprit, the youth were moved to tears . What a great time was had by all. May God bless all who were thier , that they will contiune to grow in thier faith.

Middle School Rally

Middle School Rally was a blast , Bob Rice hit it out of the park. The pizza and inflatables were awesome, the music was loud and great . Everyone had a blast. Next year we go to Lansing Catholic Centeral , what a fun time. Next up for the Youth Group meeting on Sunday see you all thier , then next weekend High School winter retreat for grades 9-12 . Young adlut will have thier own retreat the same weekend at St. Mary's what a busy time coming up. Thanks to everyone see you all on Sunday . Dinner still not sure maybe a pasta or what seems to be the new favorite chicken strips

Meeting weekend

Hey everyone , thanks to all of you the raffle tickets have gone out, to everyone in the parish great job . I would like tothank Mike you came and shared scripture with us at the meeting with us while we worked on the raffle.. Bust night for all of us. We meet this weekend at the normal time and place. Middle school guys and gals I need your permissin slips for middle school rally this week. High school need yours as well for the winter retreat at the end of the month , so lets get them in . Last but not least dont forget Friday night we are hosting the fish fry so we all need to be thier to pitch in ., see you thier .

souper bowl of caring weekend

Hi every one , this weekend is the souper bowl of caring weekend. We will be collecting money at all of the masses this weekend to give to the St. Vincent food pantry. Are meeting this year will be following the 1030 mass , both high school and jr high. We will have food and fun , and end around 1:30 pm hope to see all of you thier. Midlle School Ond day retreat

On Wensday 12/30/09 FROM 9 AM - 2 PM one day retreat for grades 6-8 only , at Star Hall  come one come all bring a friend .
